Getting handyman work done in a KL condo
Most jobs we do are in KL condos and serviced apartments, and management rules matter as much as the job itself. Tell us your condo name up front and we’ll ask the right questions before the visit:
- Access & permits: many condos need a management access form or a refundable deposit before a contractor is let in.
- Working hours: drilling and noisy work is usually limited to weekday hours (often around 9am-5pm) – we plan around your building.
- Wall type: not every wall takes a heavy TV or shelf; some condos restrict drilling into structural walls. We check before we drill.
- Service lift: for bulky items the service lift may need booking with management.
- Parking: we’ll ask about visitor parking so the technician arrives on time with tools.

For small fixes we can help, but new wiring, aircon service and major plumbing go to the right licensed team – we’ll point you to our aircon or plumbing service.
